In the real world sometimes the greatest enemy you'll have is your BOSS :). Underlings can't fight them unless you wan't to get lost for good. But the BOSS to what I'm saying here are MONSTERS that you'll need to eliminate to acquired good gears.
Every BOSS has different Stats and difficulty to face them , but the bottom line is you must be tough to take their attack and you must have massive attack to take them down. But if you are just underling yet and can't much them enough this is for you..,
Here are the steps to beat those BOSS
1. Equiped high end qears. Keeping your gear up to date to your level will give you big advantage.
2. Expand your Team. Expanding your Team will give you boost to your Stats and thats enough to support you beating this Ripper.( read more about How To Expand Your Team)
3. Invite your Guild to fight the BOSS. This way it will be a little bit easy to beat him but you need your team to be with you at the same time.

4. Take patience to beat him. You can beat the BOSS even you've died, its not like other RPG that once you got killed you will back to start. As long as you didn't run-away or you've killed the BOSS the battle will not over. So patiently give him blow by blow at cost of your energy, once you energy runs out , take your time again and repeat the process.
The problem here is when some other player attack you from behind and now you have two enemies :). Don't mind that player just "hide" with him for the mean time or message your team and ask for revenge to kill that bastard and this time just continue your business with the BOSS.
5. Ask for the kings back-up. Its too costly and not advisebly but if your desperate enough call 911.
